Beautiful South African actress, Milan Murray, star of The Wild, Ontbytsake presenter and cover girl continues putting her running shoes on to raise much-needed funds for Tygerberg Children’s Hospital.

In 2012, Milan bravely tackled the Otter Trail Run, also known as the ‘The Grail of Trail’, a 42km full trail marathon that traverses South Africa’s most iconic 5 day hiking trail, The Otter.  It has a 2600 metre vertical ascent, 42 km of technical running in pristine wilderness and a cut-off time of 11 hours.  The opportunity to run this trail in one day, happens only once a year. Milan successfully completed this run and raised more than R12 000 for Tygerberg Children’s Hospital.

This year, Milan will not only run the Otter Trail again, but in preparation for it, and to increase her fundraising efforts, she’s been organising several social trail runs, the “Tigger Trails”, on different mountains around the country! Tigger Trails have been completed in Bloemfontein, Pretoria and Newlands Forest and a few more are being planned.  Visit  www.facebook.com/TiggerTrails  for news and information of these exciting trail runs around the country!
